LD15 Senate Candidate Bob Thomas Thanks NRA For Support

Mr.Davanzo,

Just a note to say thank you for what you are doing locally to help promote awareness of Prop 109.

Just looking through my latest addition of "American Hunter" and am glad to find the NRA awareness promo, with bumper sticker, in support of our right to hunt and fish here in Arizona.

As a Senate candidate, endorsed by the NRA, I wanted to say thank you for your help and the help from National with issues here at home.

I serve on both the WCC and AZSFWLC, representing the NWTF members and appreciate what the NRA membership brings to the table.
Please continue to help elect representatives, both State and Federal, that share our ideals.

This election is paramount, and awareness of candidates, propositions and recruiting volunteers is critical if we want to continue the conservation ideals and heritage for the next generation that will follow us.

Please thank the good folks with the NRA who are making this awareness campaign possible.

If you run into a situation of more volunteers than you need, please send them over to the Legislative District 15, as we could always use more to soundly defeat Kristen Sinema, who stands against all of our shared values.

Keep up the good work and thank you again,

Bob Thomas

Arizona Republican Party Seeks Independent Redistricting Commission Applications From LD15

As you may know, applications are being taken by the Commission on Appellate Court Appointments for the Independent Redistricting Commission, which oversees the mapping of Arizona's congressional and legislative districts beginning in 2011.

Residents of all Arizona counties are eligible to apply. To be eligible, applicants must be registered Arizona voters who have been continuously registered with the same political party or as unaffiliated with a political party for the last three years. People who have held or run for a public office (other than a school board), served as an officer of a political party or a candidate's campaign committee, or worked as a registered paid lobbyist during the past three years are not eligible.

Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on October 15, 2010. Application forms are available by calling (602) 452-3311 or at 1501 W. Washington, Suite 221, Phoenix.

The Commission on Appellate Court Appointments will review the applications and nominate a pool of 25 candidates. Four elected officials will appoint the first four members of the Redistricting Commission. The fifth member will be chosen by the four members appointed to the commission. Redistricting Commission members are barred from seeking or holding any public office in Arizona or for registration as a paid lobbyist during their term on the commission and for three years following.

Congressional District 4 Candidate, Janet Contreras, Seeks Volunteer Support from LD15

Important phone bank training meeting this Wednesday, Sept. 8th, 5:30 pm at the GOP headquarters (24th St. & Thomas). ALL VOLUNTEERS need to attend this important meeting!! We will be training everyone on how to use the phone banking system, and going over the new script. This meeting is very, very important! Once you are trained, then you will be able to go work on the phone banks on your own, anytime of day, Monday through Friday. We have the phone banking training meeting scheduled from 5:30pm-8 pm, so that we can give everyone the opportunity to 'practice' using the phone system. If you aren't able to make it to the meeting at exactly 5:30 pm, then please come as soon as you can. If you're unable to attend this meeting on Wednesday, please contact me asap and I can meet with you individually at the GOP HQ's to personally train you. Please contact me asap to schedule this, I'd be happy to do this.....I want Janet to win, every volunteer is greatly appreciated and treasured by Janet!!

Janet will have a clipboard located by each phone, so if you find you have one hour, two hours, etc... of your day available, please go man the phones for Janet in your spare time, then write your name, the date, and time you spent on the phones for Janet. I will personally be picking up the phone bank volunteer sign in sheets each evening from the GOP HQ's, so we will know which volunteers to personally thank each day!!

Also, please show your support of Janet's tough, grassroots campaign battle for the Congressional District 4 seat by posting the attached logo/picture as your profile picture on Facebook! Janet would be thrilled!! Join Janet's Facebook campaign page!! http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/pages/Janet-Contreras-for-Congress/110506598980356

Janet's awesome group of dedicated volunteers walked and spoke with many voters LD16 on Saturday and helped Mike Gular's team hand out literature to voters in LD 16 as well, where he has an awesome chance of turning that district CONSERVATIVE in his run for State House!!!! Get involved in Janet's grassroots campaign....she is totally reliant on dedicated volunteers such as yourselves!!!

Janet wants me to let all her dedicated volunteers know how extremely blessed you all have made her feel!! She is so appreciative of your support, enthusiasm, and passion you have shown in your efforts to be there at a moment's notice to help her!! She truly has the best volunteers in the entire state!! God bless each of you abundantly!!
