Al Jones: How to Use the Website (http://www.AZGOPLD15.org) and email account password distribution for Precinct Captains - Web site and its functionality presented. Email account set-up discussed for PC's. Al offered his phone number to provide additional guidance on Web site and email application navigation.
Bob Thomas & Carol Condit: Candidate Updates - Bob and Carol actively involved with their campaigns and need support in recruiting PCs as well as obtaining signatures and contributions.
Report on Clean Elections Court Decision - Changes are coming.
Precinct Captains - Various precincts have more than one PC (Precinct Committeeman). PCs will select a captain within their precinct. Captains will be the primary person to receive/monitor precinct email accounts (e.g., Carnation@AZGOPLD15.org). Other PCs (up to 3) within that precinct will receive a forwarded copy of incoming emails to their personal email account.
State Statutory meeting - January 23 - Please attend.
Other business - LD 14 invitations to LD 15 meetings. - We further encourage LD 14 members to join us in our monthly meetings.
County Fair April 14-18 - LD 15 will be responsible for booth.
Positive item from each person - Members expressed desire to be more involved.
